Entry Level Welcome Flexible Hours Training Provided

We're seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across multiple locations. You'll provide direct support to participants in their homes and communities, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist participants with personal care and daily living activities
  • Support community participation and social activities
  • Implement individualized support plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
  • Build positive relationships with participants and their families

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Australian Driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Passion for supporting people with disabilities
